Annual Speech Day 2019

Our Annual Speech Day was successfully held on 10 January 2020, and we were happy to see many graduates dressed up in suits and return to school with their parents. Graduates spent that afternoon reminiscing about the sweet memories they had during the school years at TSK while having refreshments and taking photos with each other and their teachers.
It was our great honour to have Mr. Chua Hoi Wai, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, to be our guest of honour and deliver his address at the ceremony. After his presentation of certificates to graduates, Mr. Richard Tang, son of the late Sir Tang Shiu Kin, and Mr. Michael Leung, our former IMC Manager, presented prizes and scholarships to the students.
In his annual report, our Principal Mr. Tai encouraged students to uphold the school motto – “HYPOMONE”, the Greek word meaning perseverance, forgiveness and tolerance. After the former Head Prefect, Mr. Issac Chung, had proposed a vote of thanks, there were musical performances by the School Choir and Orchestra, which ended the Speech Day ceremony on a high note.
It was a joyful and memorable event for all of us. We sincerely hope that our graduates will continue to do well in their studies and pursue their dreams in their life.
