LEAP Programme 2024

It was incredibly exciting to witness the official appointment of our student leaders during the kick-off ceremony on October 9, 2024. Our Principal, Mr. Yuen, presented badges to the chairpersons and committee members of Campus TV, marking the beginning of their responsibilities to lead and serve their fellow students in the upcoming school year. The ceremony began with energetic performances by the Rope Skipping Team and the Lion Dance Club, setting a vibrant tone for the event.Following the ceremony, we held a PIE (Plan-Implement-Evaluate) Workshop, which included our proposed Student Association Cabinet. This workshop focused on teaching leaders how to effectively organize activities. Participants gained a deeper understanding of themselves and the intricacies of activity planning. Working in groups, they devised comprehensive activity plans, leading to productive discussions where student leaders exchanged brilliant ideas and learned from one another.

 

To further enhance leadership skills and foster cohesion among various student groups, the ECA Committee is organizing the Leap Programme Training Day Camp on November 9, 2024, at the JPC Pat Heung Training Camp. This camp aims to instill self-confidence, critical thinking, team spirit, and interpersonal relationships through leadership training and experiential learning with self-reflection. We are committed to equipping our members with the necessary skills to become future leaders in our community.

 

 The TSK Leap Programme aims to nurture student leaders by equipping them with essential skills such as problem-solving, time management, and communication. Throughout the school year, a series of activities will be organized to unleash our leaders’ potential, embodying our program's slogan: “Limitless is your potential.”
