The Mental Health Day was successfully held on November 27th. In the morning, the mental health ambassadors shared some simple breathing techniques through the school's broadcasting channel. During recess, positive songs were played to encourage and uplift the students. At lunchtime in TSK Square, exhibition boards about mental health were displayed for students to gain a better understanding of the topic, along with snack counters and game booths for students to relax and enjoy during the break, which everyone found delightful. After lunch, guest speakers, Ms. Mag Lam and Mr. Chau Yan Ting, shared their personal experiences and performed for us, greatly benefiting everyone. Through a full day of activities, students' awareness of mental health was heightened, and we all experienced a joyful and fulfilling day.
