Personal Information Collection Statement
1. Applicants should understand that the personal data provided by means of the application form will be used for processing application for S1 discretionary places. They may be disclosed to the Education Bureau for the purpose of the aforesaid application where necessary.
2. All information given on the application form should be complete, correct and true to the best of the applicant’s knowledge and belief.
3. The information collected on the application form will be processed by persons authorized by SKH Tang Shiu Kin Secondary School and will be destroyed as soon as the admission exercise is completed.
個人資料收集聲明
1. 申請人須明白申請表格提供的個人資料，將用以辨理申請學位事宜。如有需要，本校可能會把這些資料提交教育局作為上述申請之用。
2. 申請人須確保申請表格內的資料全屬正確無訛。
3. 申請表格內的資料只會由本校授權的人員處理，一旦招生工作完成，就會立即銷毀。
